1. Discussion: Rezone classification for Block 45 (Fire Dept). Currently zoned RESIDENTIAL, change to COMMERCIAL on the draft of the proposed new zoning map.
2. Discussion: Request to remove the 600 square feet size limit on unattached buildings, per current City Code.
3. Discussion: Sewer utility rate increase effective 10-01-2016.
   Current rate is – Residential:  $27.55 and Commercial:  $36.82.
   Proposed increase of $10.00.
   Residential:  $$37.55 and Commercial:  $46.82.
   The new residential bill will be – $78.67.
