A Legal Notice from the City of Hagerman Planning and Zoning Commission:  The City of Hagerman Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a PUBLIC HEARING on the application of Tom and Vicki Collins, 818 Cento St., Twin Falls , ID for a SPECIAL USE PERMIT to allow construction of a manufactured/modular home of less than 1000 sq. ft. in an R-1 Zone at property owned by them located at 251 Orchard Street East, Hagerman, ID.

The proposed manufactured/modular home will have an area of approximately 300 sq. ft. See Hagerman Zoning Ordinance, Chapter 4, Article A, Section 10-4a-2, Manufactured Homes, available at the Hagerman City Hall. The Public Hearing will be held on January 19, 2016 at 7:00 PM at the City Hall , Hagerman, ID.
